Sinoebike, a division of Concept East Ltd, was founded with the express aim of developing and expanding the electric vehicle market.  It is Hong Kong owned, but has a factory in Shenzhen, China, right at the heart of the region producing higher quality bicycles and scooters.  We focus on providing premium products with excellent service aimed at the higher end of the market.
